Event Planning: Wear the Legacy

1) Sherwanis, Indo-Westerns, Bandhgalas and Jodhpuris will NOT be exchanged or returned after purchase. As an extension, no money refund will be made. Customers are advised to bring along a companion(s) for mutual discussion and advice. 

2) Any product, once purchased shall not be returned but can be exchanged. No money refund shall be made. 

3) For exchange of a product(s),   

• The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end. 
• Customers are welcomed on the working days after 12PM (noon).
• The exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase of the product. 
• Exchanges are allowed with products of the same or higher price.

4) In case, customers are not satisfied with the products being shown for exchange, they may opt for a "Credit- Note" to be issued. This does not have any time limit and can be adjusted against future purchases from that specific store. In order to avail the adjustment, the Credit Note must be physically brought to the store.

We have an IN-HOUSE production facility in Kolkata as well as Jamshedpur, allowing us to maintain our premium quality and deliver the best clothes for our valued customers. A small yet significant portion of our products are manufactured by third party jobbers in Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and/or any other place as the management deems fit, on a contractual basis. 

Photography and Videography are strictly "PROHIBITED" in our stores, as we are highly protective of our product privacy. In cases where important members are not present on the spot, customers may opt for a Video Conference / Video Call for consultation.

All our products go through a Quality Inspection test before being dispatched to the stores. In case, the customers discover a defect in the product or the product turns out to be damaged, customers are requested to inform us by visiting the store they bought the product from, along with the product within 30 days of purchase. We will repair it from our side, or the customer(s) may choose to exchange the product, or there will be an issuance of a credit note to the customer with no time validity, which will be adjusted against their next purchase. 

All our manufactured products are made from good quality fabrics and the product prices are uniform across all the stores.
